By paying for Pro or a key you accept these terms. We tried to write them in plain English.

Only the website is live for now: the extension is not in the stores yet and purchases are closed. The site does not ask for your data and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. This document describes the service after launch; the controller and seller details will be published here before then.
Parties
For USD payments the seller is Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record) under its own terms, and the license is granted by the owner of the Notesavo service (details will be published before the extension and the paid version launch; contact: support@notesavo.com). For RUB payments the seller is the owner of the Notesavo service (details will be published before the extension and the paid version launch; contact: support@notesavo.com).
What we provide
Notesavo is a browser extension that turns videos into notes. The free version has the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid options: Pro monthly or yearly, a lifetime “your own API key” license and the Savo All bundle.
Trial
For 7 days after install you get Pro features. No card is needed; afterwards the extension returns to the free version with no charge.
Subscriptions
- You explicitly agree to automatic monthly or yearly charges when subscribing.
- We email you 3 days before each charge.
- Cancel renewal in one click in your account; access stays until the end of the paid period. You can remove your card there too.
- Failed charges are retried on days 1, 3 and 5; after 7 days without payment the subscription ends.
Keys and devices
A key works on 3 devices (browsers). Do not share keys. We may block a key used at scale.
Lifetime options
“Your own API key” lifetime is a perpetual license for Pro features where AI requests use your key at your chosen provider; provider costs are yours. Savo All lifetime includes platform AI for 12 months from purchase, then your-own-key mode.
Your obligations
Use Notesavo only for videos you can lawfully access, respect site rules and copyright, and do not try to bypass limits, license protection or DRM. Notesavo never bypasses DRM and never downloads YouTube video or audio.
Quality and liability
Notes are produced by AI models and may contain mistakes, especially in numbers, formulas and names. Every point has a timestamp so you can check it. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Refunds
See Refunds: 14 days with no questions after your first purchase, plus refunds for the unused period of subscriptions.
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the license starts working as soon as you activate it, we ask for your consent to start immediately; our 14-day no-questions refund applies anyway, so in practice you keep the same 14 days.
Changes
We will email you 14 days before material changes. If you disagree, cancel and get a refund for the unused period.
