If Notesavo is not for you, we refund. Cancel a subscription in one click.

Only the website is live for now: the extension is not in the stores yet and purchases are closed. The site does not ask for your data and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. This document describes the service after launch; the controller and seller details will be published here before then.
14 days, no questions
Within 14 days of your first purchase of any plan we refund the full amount. No reason needed.
After 14 days
- Pro or Savo All subscriptions (monthly, yearly). We refund the unused part of the period, pro rata.
- Lifetime licenses. Refunds after 14 days are handled case by case if the service does not work as promised.
How
- Email support@notesavo.com from the address you paid with, or use the button in your account.
- We reply within 2 business days.
- The money returns to the same card, usually within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
A refunded key is deactivated. USD payments are refunded through Paddle.
Cancelling
Cancel renewal with one button in your account. Access stays until the end of the paid period. You can remove your card there too.
